I've been exactly where you are

I'm a certified sleep consultant and child development specialist — but more than that, I'm a mum of five. Five children in six years.

My first gave me four-hour stretches or longer from birth and I genuinely thought I'd cracked it. My second woke every hour or two. Same parents. Same routine. Completely different baby. That experience is what shaped everything I now teach.

I also run weekly baby development classes locally, and everything I do is built around one principle: understanding your baby, not forcing them into a system.

  • The programme is designed for babies from newborn to 18 months. The content covers how sleep changes across this whole range, so it's relevant wherever you are in that journey.

  • No. My approach is entirely gentle and responsive. We work with your baby's needs, not against them. Everything in this programme is about understanding and gradual, supported change — never distress.

  • The videos are 3–5 minutes each — most weeks have five videos, so roughly 20–25 minutes of watching. The practical tasks are deliberately minimal. You can do the whole week in nap time if you need to

  • That's exactly what Week 6 prepares you for. Sleep changes as babies grow — nap transitions, developmental leaps, illness. By the end of six weeks you'll understand what's happening and know what to do. You keep lifetime access to revisit any week whenever you need it.

  • The content is the same. The difference is me. In the supported programme you have direct WhatsApp access throughout the six weeks — personal responses, questions answered, someone to message when your struggling. Plus your own personalised plan. The standalone course is self-paced with no personal access.
