THIS IS FOR YOU
If any of this sounds familiar...
😔 You've read everything online and you're more confused than when you started.
😴 You're exhausted but you don't want to leave your baby to cry — there has to be another way.
🌀 Evenings feel chaotic and unpredictable and you're starting to dread bedtime.
😰 You're second-guessing every decision — is this a habit? Am I making it worse?
😟 Sleep felt manageable and then something changed — a leap, a tooth, a regression — and you don't know how to get back.
💭 You just need someone to actually help you understand your baby — not give you a generic plan.
ABOUT CHRISTINA
I've been exactly where you are
I'm a certified sleep consultant and child development specialist — but more than that, I'm a mum of five. Five children in six years.
My first gave me four-hour stretches or longer from birth and I genuinely thought I'd cracked it. My second woke every hour or two. Same parents. Same routine. Completely different baby. That experience is what shaped everything I now teach.
I also run weekly baby development classes locally, and everything I do is built around one principle: understanding your baby, not forcing them into a system.
• Certified Infant Sleep Consultant
• Child Development Specialist
• Weekly baby development classes across four age groups
• 30+ years working with babies and families
• Gentle, responsive approach — no cry-it-out

From mums who've
been through it
-
Everything is perfect, well laid out and easy to understand. I found it really interesting — and for the first time I actually feel like I understand what my baby is telling me.
Mum to a 4-month-old
-
"I like how educating this is. It's perfect for parents who aren't struggling massively but just want a little bit of insight and knowledge. I'm 70–80% happy with her sleep but would like a bit more knowledge behind me — and this is perfect for that."
From Mum of 9month old
-
"Instead of feeling like we were going backwards I changed my thought process — my baby is going through a developmental leap. I found the videos helpful, short and to the point, and I like that I can go back to the companion guide and read at my own pace."
— Mum of 7 month old

QUESTIONS
Everything you might
want to know
-
The Confident Sleep Guide is designed for babies from around 4 months to 18 months — the stage when sleep patterns are establishing and there's a real opportunity to build calm, consistent foundations. The full support package works with babies from 4 months through to toddlers.
-
No — never. My approach is entirely gentle and responsive. Everything I teach is about understanding your baby and working with their needs, not against them. There are no rigid methods and no leaving them to cry. Not in this programme, not ever.
-
Each week has five short videos at around 3 to 5 minutes each — roughly 20 to 25 minutes of watching in total. There's a companion guide to read at your own pace, a simple workbook, and one practical task to try. Most mums fit the whole week into nap times. It's designed to work around your life, not add to it.
-
That's exactly why lifetime access matters. Sleep changes — nap transitions, developmental leaps, regressions — they're all part of the journey. You can come back to any week whenever you need it. The programme doesn't stop working when the six weeks end. You keep it.
-
The content is the same across all three — six weeks of videos, your companion guide and weekly cheat sheets. The difference is the level of support.
The standalone Confident Sleep Guide gives you everything you need to work through independently, at your own pace, with no personal access to me.
Weekly Check-in adds a structured touchpoint — at the end of each week you send me a quick update and one question, and I reply within 24 hours. It's not full daily access, but you're not entirely on your own either.
Full Support adds a personalised sleep plan written specifically for your baby, plus daily WhatsApp access to me throughout six weeks — real answers to your questions, someone to message on the hard nights, and a plan that adjusts as things change.
-
Yes — at any point, just message me and we'll work out what makes sense.
If you started with the standalone Confident Sleep Guide, you can upgrade to Weekly Check-in for £40, or straight to Full Support for £130. Your initial £67 investment always carries forward.
If you started with Weekly Check-in, you can upgrade to Full Support for £90 — your £107 carries forward too.
Whichever path you're on, you're never starting again. You're just adding more support to what you already have.
You don't have to figure
this out alone
If you're exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and just need someone who actually understands — this is exactly what this programme is for. I'd love to help.
