Hi, I’m Christina

I love children. Which probably explains a lot.

I'm a mum of five, a trained teacher, a child development specialist, and a certified sleep consultant with over 30 years of experience working with little ones — and their parents.

I run baby and toddler development classes from birth to preschool age, and alongside that I support families with sleep — because the two things go hand in hand. A well-rested baby develops better. A confident mum parents better. And a family that sleeps is a family that thrives.

My approach is gentle, practical and built around your child's unique personality. No rigid systems. No leaving them to cry. Just real understanding of what your baby needs — and the support to make it work for your family.
