Hi, I’m Christina
I love children and being a mum. Which explains why I am a mum of five, a trained teacher, and run children’s development classes from birth to preschoolers alongside my sleep coach business. I now have over 30 years experience working with little ones, (and their parents!).
My philosophy is simple:
Calm – because children feel safest when they know what to expect.
Confident – because when you’re confident and understand the why behind what you do, you can stick to it without second-guessing (Well most of the time anyway!) and in turn that creates more confident children.
Connected – because relationships alway come first, and every boundary, strategy and plan should be about strengthening your bond.
